Return request

Items purchased from the GRO.UNISON online store are covered by the warranty and return policy established by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Purchased items carry a 14-day right of return from the moment of receipt.

Return Policy

1. 1The customer must notify us of their wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt by submitting a return request to info@grounison.com or by filling out the form below.
2. 2The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. 3Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is an incorrect item or a defective product.
4. 4The buyer is refunded for returned items immediately, but no later than 14 days after the return request is received.
5. 5The customer may contact the Consumer Complaints Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, which is authorised to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the value of the disputed goods exceeds 20 euros (filing a complaint with the committee is free of charge).
